大稻埕的貴德街遺跡-昔日碼頭茶葉生意興盛時期的洋樓街-The Historical Remnants of Guide Street in Dadaocheng - the Street of Western-style Buildings during the Prosperous Tea Trading Era

大稻埕旁很短的老街道-貴德街，19世紀的繁華年代，這條街分成兩段，北街段舊名「建昌街」、南街段舊名「千秋街」，都是茶行、洋行與外國人聚集之洋樓街（磚造洋樓），以前可以直接看到大稻埕碼頭的商船，現在被環河高架道路與防洪堤岸給擋住看往河邊的視線了！

這條街上的老建築物，有「千秋街店鋪」作家莊永明故居、茶商陳天來故居-「錦記茶行」、茶商「李春生紀念教堂」，旁邊巷子口還有一棟李臨秋的故居，正在整修中，李臨秋是昔日台語流行歌曲的知名作詞家，創作歌詞有望春風、四季紅及補破網等，反應當時生活狀態的歌謠！

GuiDe Street, a short old street next to Dadaocheng, was bustling during the 19th century. This street was divided into two sections: the northern section was formerly known as "Jianchang Street," and the southern section was formerly known as "Qianqiu Street." It was a street filled with tea merchants, foreign trading houses, and Western-style buildings (brick-built) where foreigners gathered. In the past, one could directly see the commercial ships at Dadaocheng Wharf, but now the view towards the river is blocked by the elevated road and flood embankment. On this street, there are several old buildings, including the former residence of writer Zhuang Yongming known as "Qianqiu Street Shop," the former residence of tea merchant Chen Tianlai - "Jinji Tea House," and the tea merchant "Li Chunsheng Memorial Church." At the entrance of a nearby alley, there is also a house under renovation that belonged to Li Linqiu, a well-known lyricist of popular Taiwanese songs in the past. His song lyrics, such as "Looking Forward to the Spring Breeze," "Four Seasons of Red," and "Mending the Broken Net," reflected the life and sentiments of that time.
